Form of Response: I will annotate a poetry manuscript and I will write a letter of  a few pages in which I summarize the strengths and weaknesses of the ms,  but more importantly try to give a useful summary and  description to the writer of her or his writerly nature, lineage, strengths and weaknesses, potential directions for reading and contemplation.

As a  kind of closure, at the same time I return the materials and my letter, I will do a Skype conversation with the writer, so that we can discuss these delicate matters and issues.
